Second Honda Civic confirmed for 2017 STCC

Sportpromotion owner Greger Petersson has confirmed that he has sold one of his TCR specification Honda Civics to a Swedish team to run in the 2017 Scandinavian Touring Car Championship.

“The car is sold to an established STCC team. I cannot disclose which team it is,” said Petersson to stcc.se.

Sportpromotion ran three Honda Civics in with WestCoast Racing in the 2016 TCR International Series last year, and still has one car available.

“There is another Honda in Sweden for whomever is willing to take the fight with SEAT, Audi and Volkswagen,” said Petersson.
