Last-minute scramble for replacement Alfa Romeo driver in Buriram

Mulsanne Racing are looking to field a last-minute replacement for Michela Cerruti at this weekend’s round of the TCR International Series in Thailand, as the 29-year-old has had to stand down from the drive and stay at home as she’s unwell.

The championship expects to field 26 cars this weekend with the cars of the TCR Thailand series added to the grid this weekend at the Chang International Circuit. The TCR Thailand cars will compete within their own race within a race this weekend alongside the International Series cars.

Mulsanne Racing have brought both cars, with ETCC joint-points leader Petr Fulín scheduled to drive the #22 Giulietta, while the team are working to find a replacement driver to take over Cerruti’s #88 car.
