Henric Skoog set to drive for Team Tidö in 2016 STCC

Henric Skoog is negotiating with Team Tidö for a potential full-season drive in the 2016 Scandinavian Touring Car Championship.

”He has got a concrete offer from Team Tidö to drive in the STCC already this year,” said Patrick Skoog, father to Henric, to Eskilstuna-Kuriren.

The 19-year-old Henric Skoog claimed the 2015 Renault Clio Cup Sweden title, running as a support class to STCC, and will take part in the 24 Hours of Dubai next week with his father.

Team Tidö ran two Saab 9-3 race cars in last year’s STCC for Richard Göransson and Roger Samuelsson, with four-time champion Göransson finishing fourth overall.
