Fulin ahead of Homola in ETCC qualifying at Monza

Petr Fulin dominated the FIA European Touring Car Championship qualifying session at Monza, claiming pole position by 1.393 seconds.

The Czech driver headed a BMW 1-2-3-4 with Mat’o Homola in second position, Ibrahim Okyay in third and Oleg Petrikov in fourth position. The trio was covered within 0.496 seconds.

The top single-make trophy driver was German SEAT León Supercopa driver Andreas Pfister in fifth position, a mere five thousands of a second from Petrikov in fourth.

Chrstian Fischer, BMW, claimed position six on the grid, ahead of best non-S2000 BMW driver Dusan Borkovic, driving a SEAT León TFSI, in seventh.

The second best Single-make trophy driver was Jordi Oriola in ninth ahead of Aurelién Comte in tenth, 2.2 seconds from pole position.

Kevin Krammes headed the S1600 Ford Fiesta drivers in 27th position overall, with Romeo Luciano and Romeo Luciano closest to him.
