Homola Motorsport back for 2013 ETCC

Homola Motorsport will return to the grid for the 2013 FIA European Touring Car Cup, fielding a BMW 320si for 18-year-old Matej Homola.

The Slovakian team competed in the second round of the Cup last season at the Slovakiaring, with Homola qualifying in seventh place and finishing in fifth in both races.

Engine problems put an end to the team’s ETCC campaign at the next round at the Salzburgring, but the team’s optimistic ahead of the 2013 season after installing a brand new 2.0 litre normally aspirated engine in their BMW 320si E90.
