Conflict behind Thomas Schie dropout

Last week Thomas Schie left Chevrolet Motorsport Sweden and was replaced by Pontus Mörth. The reasons behind the dropout remains debated.
“He has not payed the money that he should have payed according to the deal,” said team boss Nicklas Karlsson to kkuriren.se

Norwegian Schie is of another opinion in the matter.

“The team has not been professional enough. The conditions were not right, it was not as I had been promised,” said Schie.

Despite the setback, Schie is eager to get back in to the Swedish Touring Car Championship again.

“I know that I want to drive in STCC, it is one of Europe’s best racing series and I am working to get back. It is too early to say what the outcome will be,” said Schie to STCC.se.
